have been a Webless customer for over a year now. I am
writing to tell you how pleased I am to have you as my
service provider. The three most important things I look for
in an ISP are dependability, service, and price. Since I
have been a Webless customer I have never had an
interrupption of my service. Secondly, when I do have a
question I receive a fast and knowledgeable response. When I
tried to communicate with my former ISP, I tried contacting
them through phonecalls, email and fax. They responded to my
query about one month later. Maybe that's why they are my former
ISP company! Also, the pricing plan is very competitive. I
received a substantial saving (and no billing hassles) by
opting for the one year plan.
